TRAINING ENVIRONMENT

Players will begin with a warm-up and then take part in a series of activities that challenge not only their decision making but test their technical ability in a high-pressure environment. All of the sessions will be designed to recreate a game-like scenario.

COMPETITION

Our aim is to create a culture that players want to be a part of. We want everything to have a competitive element to it so that time is put to good use. High Performance will be key in everything we do and we will encourage all sessions to have a winner. The goal is for the players to build a competitive culture themselves.

1 ON 1 VS SMALL GROUP TRAINING

The small group training approach creates an environment that is closer to the real game itself. Whenever a player is practicing you need to ask yourself the question β€œis this game like?’ It is not always possible to replicate everything from the real game. By painting pictures and putting players into specific situations we can give them a more productive practice.

COACH : PLAYER RATIOS

Wherever possible we will aim for a coach to player ratio of 1 : 8 for our small group sessions.
